Information You Make Available
Once the user has uploaded design for the manufacturing then it will stay on our secure server until it’s deleted by the user. User can anytime delete or amend the design. However the user shall not be permitted to delete or amend the ordered design till the order is dispatched by us. We, at Rapid, do not share the designs and information shared by you with anyone. No one can access the information other than users and authorized personnel which are required to use the same for the fulfillment of the order. The end product manufactured by us, on the basis of 3d-model/specification/description of design provided by you, shall not be shared with any third party or displayed/published on any online/offline sources without your prior written consent.
If the design is not deleted or used by the customer within 2 years from the date of last use then it will be deleted from the system without any prior intimation to the users.
Access, change or request for removal of your personal information
